LAB VOA COMMENTS: You didn't let us in on the grade for this Mobil 1 oil. The viscosity found for this sample
would be appropriate for the 10w30 grade, but legal for the 5w30 grade too. No moisture found in this
sample though a trace of insolubles did show up from the centrifuge test. They shouldn't be there but we
doubt they will hurt anything. It is not unusual to find a trace of insolubles in an unused oil. The TBN for
this sample was 12.5, a high reading, and typical of this product.
