Its available in Eastern Europe. Bulgaria , Croatia, Greece from memory, so I guess all over.
Have not seen a recent VOA, but old ones showed 1000+ppm of ZDDP,200ppm of moly
and PAO/AN so a top oil.
Old specs, pretty sure this data sheet has not updated since 2017-2018...

BTW. Pic you posted seems to be of Mobil 1 FS 0W-40, which I have not seen available, but
Mobil 1 New Life 0W-40 is pretty common.

Correct. What's sold in this market is sourced from France and comes in exactly the same bottles.
