How can visually inspecting an engine replace oil analysis unless he's tearing it apart, and even then oil analysis will tell you if you should look for a particular problem.

That individual is so pro Mobil 1. That is gets really old. Personally I am not inclined to believe some of the statements. Just an opinion though. It appears that argument is his forte'.
Al, for my info , a new 'vette would cost how much? And cutting the drain intervals in half would cost an extra 25-30 bucks every 15k miles. Chump change.
