They are supposed to. I've been waiting quite a while since I submitted my receipt from Walmart. I haven't received an email or anything. I submitted mine about a month ago....

I just saw that Amazon will only sell Mobil 1 EP to Prime members. What a load of [censored].
Same question with a Walmart online order. You get an email confirmation of your order, then an email indicating your order is ready to pick up, then a small receipt confirming you picked the order up (but no price or bar code on the ticket). None of these items really constitutes a "receipt." Given the apparent scrutiny these MIR's undergo, I think Mobil will kick mine to the curb. Should I even bother?

This has been covered many times, every year when this rebate comes out and Walmart/Amazon/etc are always accepted. Always confirmed by customer service every time for the disbelievers.

I bought two jugs of M1 0W-40 on separate visits from Walmart during the last rebate period. I submitted two different $12 claims. The 1st check came 2 weeks after submitting online. The 2nd check took two months. I'll buy a few more jugs this time around - also from Walmart.
I also purchased M1 at WalMart and got my $12 check recently.
