Mobil 1 0w40 to RTS?

Unfortunately, I didn't do a postmortem uoa since I was on an 11 hour trip to SC for a family reunion when it happened.

Exactly! I would have to buy and additional single quart at just over $5. This would make RTS more expensive.

Yes, it is.That is all I need for my car, 1 gallon, not more, not less.

You can get get more than one gallon and keep the rest for the next oil change...

Without actual controlled engine testing it's impossible to objectively state that one oil is better than another at lubricating an engine. A UOA is intended to tell you the proper OCI not if one oil lubricates better than another. People often use a UOA for the incorrect purpose as Doug Hillary points out.
