It took me 3 trips to 3 different super walmarts to finally score some mobil1 0w-40 in arlington, texas. On my third stop, this automotive clerk told me that they will discontinue this oil because not enough people are buying it. They'd rather buy the 5w or the 10w's. Have anyone else heard or seen about this? sorry if i reposted same topic... im a little depressed that my GC 0w-30 at autozone and maybe my mobil1 0w-40 will be gone at walmart.. i dont know if autozone around my area still carries the m1 0w-40. i have to check sometime later.

You might have to end up settling for Rotella 5W-40. Yuck.
I buy my M1 0w40 at AutoZone,seems to be stocked on a regular basis.
No M1 0w40 at the Wally Worlds in West Little Rock AR, Bryant AR, Arkadelphia AR, or S.E. Oklahoma City. Kind've a hobby of mine to survey this.
Sams club now carries the 0w-40 in six quart boxes for around 4.00 a quart. I have three so far. Never carried it before only 5w-30 and 10w-30. Check it out
M1 0w40 at $4/qt. That's significant !
People consider 0W-XX to be wussy oil. They simply have no brains, but a few make it out of the morass of humanity and end up in BiTOG nirvana.
