mixing 5W20, and 5W30 ok?

My brother has an 05 kia optima, and it is speced for 5W20, 5W30, and 10W30. He has two quarts of Pennzoil 5w20 conventional, and two quarts of qs horse power 5W30. He wants to use them up first before buying more oil. I think it's fine, but he wants me to double check.

Go for it. I have a mix of Pennzoil High Mileage 5w30 oil and Pennzoil 5w20 conventional in a vehicle right now. No problems to report.

No problems, I also do that stuff frequently, and have done it for years.

that's my favorite mix, especially when it's frosty out.
