I am still working through a VOA clarification on a sample of G-OIL 0W-20 that I sent in for analysis and came back with wildly different results

Until the second set of labs come back, I'm not really convinced of anything just yet...
Having said that, it's time to change the oil in my '07 Ranger 2.3L 4cyl that requires 5W-20. I have some sealed Amsoil ARO 20W-50 kicking around with no other purpose at the moment. If we assume the lab's viscosity of 7.2 cSt@100C is correct, what would happen if I mix 1 quart of 20W-50 to three quarts of 0W-20 to fill the 4qt sump? Would I end up in the ballpark of a 5W-20? This is a grocery-getter truck remember...
