Still not sure which is better, sedan or hatch. I think i read that the seats don’t fold flat on the sedan, but do in the hatch. But the sedan is longer so I’d think a better ride? on open roads that is.

Mirage is the ride for many parts of San Antonio. I see a TON of them.

Wife's Tuscon was rear ended by a 2021 Mirage. The front end of the Mirage folded up like an accordian, and the Tuscon needed a bumper and a muffler.

Bumper height difference? but there is also a difference between design of rear and front of a car. Front has to crumple more, since accidents are much more likely frontal, and at higher speeds.

I just did huge damage on my Camry, so its been a bit of a wake up as to how fragile the front end is. I think these days most anything that does the rear ending will likely be the looser here (misspelling intentional ).
