I have a 97 Tbird, with the 16" oem sport wheels.

I just notcie that one of my front wheels is missing a lug nut, and the stud also looks broken (I'm pretty sure it is; it's not jutting out as far as I should, when I look into the "hole" created by the missing lug nut). How bad is this? should I get this fixed right away?
sorry for the amateurish "?"s, but how big of a thing is this?
I recently had my tires rotated; I wonder if it happened then

Thanks.

Yeah go back to the tire shop and tell them they snapped off a lug stud. Either that or you can fix it yourself by hammering out the broken stud and installing a new one. Do you turn wrenches?

The stud may well have twisted off removing the nut. I am sure I have approched twisting one off getting it loose. That is why I never put lug nuts on dry. A little dab of antiseize makes all the difference in the world. Just adjust the torque to 80% of the dry spec.
