Microgard MGL57806 & MSL57806 Oil Filter

Went to O'Reilly's Auto Parts to check out these two part numbers. The MGL is the basic filter while the MSL is the 10,000 mile extended filter.

Almost 99% positive the basic MGL is a WIX 58706 (One on right with the green oring). I was told a while back by Premium Guard that some of the O'Reilly's basic Microgard branded filters are still WIX and this seems to be a classic case of that.

MGL58706 (Made in Vietnam) Comes with Silicon Oring
MSL58706 (Made in China) Green Oring (China seems to prefer Green on darn near everything )

Both filters appeared to be 100% flawless.

Not much of a way around these offshore filters except for Baldwin.

Should be...

I think you have the 87 backward so it should instead be the 57806 .. no ?
