MicroGard MGL and MSL, one fits not the other

Vehicle: 2023 Toyota Sienna 4-cyl hybrid

According to OReilly autos website, the MGL51394 Fits, but not the MSL51394. While the MGL10332 does not Fit, but the MSL10332 does Fit. <— Anyone know why?

My understanding is the MGL is the regular MicroGard and the MSL is the Select Extended Life for it’s respective part number.

A search for DW 2007 RAV4 lists MGL/MSL 57145, Wix’s number.

Because the website is in error? I mean, isn’t that the obvious Occam’s Razor answer?

I have seen numerous times in the past where the O’Reilly system was wrong.

I got all three flavors in the MSL line. All are 3/4 threads.
