Had trouble with oil filters draining back. Got tired of having to clean oil every time after filer change. Decided to try remote mount filter set up. Wasn’t able to find the factory set up for a reasonable price. Made my own. Also will run farm 3600 filer because I have good size stash of those.

looks very well done! nice quality of life implement. I always poke a hole and let the filters on boats drain into a solo cup before removing them to keep oil out of the bilge

Appreciate it! I have access to hydraulic hose equipment so it was easy to cobble this together.
I think pressure relief is set around 40 psi on this engine. Pressure gauge stayed right at 40 the whole time I idled it in the back yard. Basically I couldn’t tell a difference.
Yeap, no problem fitting a bucket under it now.
I’ll see how the drain back is this Friday. Plan is to take out on the lake for the first season ride this Friday.
