The 3 ingredients in the MSDS are respectively detergent, dispersant and ZDDP (antiwear/antioxidant).
What kind of car do you intend to use it?
It looks like a good oil for European cars as long as it isn't a diesel with DPF (diesel particulate filter) or SCR (AdBlue).

And it is Full Synthetic, over here in Germany only products that are Full Synthetic can be labled as such

Havent used it yet, planning on giving Castrol FST 0W-40 a shot in my 1.8T

no DPF for my Audi car A6 3.0 TDI , it needs : VW 506.01 ( for LL ) or VW 505.00 or VW 505.01 . for moment i'm using LL without following ODB . change oil every 15000 Kms or less .

I emailed to Meguin asking if oil above is Group 4 ?
response :
Yes, our product "megol Motorenoel Super Leichtlauf SAE 5W-40 (vollsynth.)" is solely based on Group IV base oils.
