"Lead Substitute"in ULSD

Hello,
MTU recommends this product in older series(marine)engines (Series 538, 595, 956, 1163) with cylinder heads not fitted with valve seat inserts.

The "Blei-Ersatz"("Lead Substitute")additive contains potassium salt-the recommended dose is 1:4000(mass), opposed to 1:1000(volume) for gasoline use.
The content of potassium salt in the liquid is unknown(the MSDS below says between 1 and 20 %)

Have you seen potassium salt being used in any diesel fuel additives and is there any possible adverse effect of using this product in an onroad vehicle,equpipped with rotary or inline IP`s? (No other diesel OEM recommendation for this product that I know of).
