Meguiar's Wash Plus+

Picked up some Meguiar's Wash Plus+ at Ollie's for $3.99 24oz.

Claims to:
-Remove tough dirt
-Remove bugs and tar
-Polish away light scuffs

Washed my car twice with this stuff, prior to detailing and waxing.

It seems to work.

The loading on the clay was reduced by at least 75%.

Concerned that this might remove wax, with everyday use.

If this is the product I'm thinking of, its intended use is not necessarily for weekly or daily washing, but something more for those that want something to help with removing more crud from the car prior to a detail as it does have micro abrasives in it (which gives it the light polishing ability) as well as aids in removing those stuck on environmental fallout. This may eliminate the need for claying before polishing/sealing.

For more of a weekly washing product, you'll want to use Meguiar's Ultimate Wash and Wax, or Gold Class.
