I wonder why they would recommend the 10w40 over the Series 2000? Unless you are running on the Autobahn, the 0w30 should hold up fine for the recommended interval. I would guess that the 10w40 would give a little more Ht/Hs protection, but no worries on US roads!

Audi in germany reccomends oil changes every two yrs. I'll find out the mileage interval and what kind of oil they reccomend.
