Beautiful Lemans car is always a treat to see and listen to it go around the track.

For those unfamiliar it has a 2.6l four rotor engine that makes 630hp back in the late 1980’s

Hopefully the damage isn't too bad. That car is a beast to see go around track.

Bummer for sure. I have socks and a C19 mask in that pattern that I got from Blipshift. We had a Mazda rep in during C19 who didn't understand the significance. I told him I was disappointed in him.

They said it will be rebuilt. This one is from a private collection not mazdas 787B race car.

I don’t doubt it will be rebuilt. In 2010 a #1 of 2 built Scarab was crashed at the same race and has been rebuilt. The owner of the other Scarab loaned his car to the builder as a template.
