Ford has had aluminum paint adhesion issues (my Expedition has that problem on the hood) but the aluminum doesn't disappear like the steel does.

So, if i need to drop sharp concrete blocks into my truck from high up, i should get a new Chevy cause it just dents instead of making holes? Lol. How about a $10 sheet of OSB to take the beating if one just has to abuse a truck like that.

Nobody just dumps giant rocks into a new truck like that.

My sister has a 2012 Expedition and the tailgate has corrosion bubbles all over it (anywhere the paint meets a door handle, light housing, etc.) The hood is starting the same thing in the front corner.

I'm a Ford guy, I'd pass on both and buy a Ram.

I don't see any corrosion in those pictures just a bad paint job.
