Can't find an MSDS to verify anything, but I highly doubt it...it's a marketing tool, my friend.

Typical customer:"Oh, this stuff says for high-mileage vehicles, so it must be better for my 'ol truck than something else..."

Gumout Regane, Redline SI-1, and Chevron Techron are, IMHO, the best OTC fuel system cleaners.

Then again, the MaxLife cleaner is FREE, so why not use it??

That's the only reason I'm giving it a try. Though SynPower cleaner is suppose to be free too, but I can't seem to find it anywhere near the $5 rebate price.

Between the Redline SI-1 and Chevron Techron, which do you prefer?

If you can find is locally, Redline SI-1.

Truth be told though, after doing a bunch of research, I'm actually using Gumout Regane in my 'ol beater truck right now...first time the engine has ever seen a fuel system cleaner, and it definitely needs it!
