I've actually considered the Strategy myself, as the local tire place by me can offer me a nice deal on them.
You did overpay though, as I can't see these tires being more than 75 bucks each....
As far as tire size, it just depends how you drive....
They probably charged me more because they offer the 30000 miles w/o care warranty or 60000 miles with care. So anytime something goes wrong with the tires within the warranty miles, they would either repair it or replace it. And also offer lifetime free rotation, free flat repair and a few other things. They might call these services free but actually push them on the tire prices. I am not too sure though. Also I think online is always cheaper. But again I declared on my first post that i dont know much (anything to be honest) about tires.
