Has anybody here used either of these? Less than $5/qt for synthetic ATF sounds like a steal, but is it too good to be true? The low-vis version is for Dexron-VI, Toyota WS and Honda DW

To add to the confusion, there is also another MAG 1 D-6:

Note that the last product costs MORE than the full synthetic version!

So, what it BITOG's experience with MAG 1 transmission fluid?

Well, it's made by Warren Performance Pats, NE, so it should be a quality ATF. All I'm required to use in my T4R vehicle is the Dex III/Merc. So this ATF should be a nice fit with some LubeGuard Red.

Thanks for the Post.

Mag1 is the high end product offered by Warren. They also make supertech and a few house brands. Decent stuff. If given the option though in terms of Dex VI I would use either supertech of maxlife. Both great oils. I say this because I know little about mag1 but have seen great results using the oils I recommended.

I don't anything about Mag1 ATF, but Mag1 products have become the major brand at convenience stores around me.
