I wasn’t talking about the seats. Even tho, to be honest, the leather is quite cheap on those. I checked a few 2018 models with 20k miles and it had significant wear. Maybe F-sport is somewhat better, not sure.
What I was talking about is the fabric used for the headliner and visors. I’m sure you know how cheap that is, and it’s exactly the same as what they use on Priuses
My kid bought a focus it had a really crappy transmission that Ford never did or intend to fix that they knew was bad when they sold it. I believe there is a class action suit against Ford for this.
I want an EV, so badly. But I just can't deal with 220 mile highway range. That problem is not going to change anytime soon. Furthermore, I keep my vehicles a long time. I absolutely don't want a $60,000 car with ever decreasing range capability.
My Ford ownership experience has been exemplary. Our Expedition was fantastic, definitely one of the best vehicles I've owned and low TCO, particularly given how it was operated.
