Truck is a ranch truck that sees allot of ideling, hauling, etc. It can sit 3 - 4 weeks without running. 3000 Interval took about 1 year. Previous usage was standard dino oil and somewhat regular changes.

Currently running Pennzoil HM 10W30 w/ planned AutoRX

Lead's a bit high. But possibly you just got a piece of dirt in there and made a streak. Your silicon is high. Check your filter and your intake duct going from the filter to the intake.
 
This would be a perfect application for one of the very high efficiency, Amsoil EAA air filters.

I'd recommend a 10w-30 or 15w-40, HDEO for this type of intermittant service, as it will do a superior job of mitigating corrosive wear.

If you can find some Chevron Delo 400, 10w-30 that would be about perfect here. Any of the excellent Schaeffers diesel oils would also be on my short list for this vintage motor....
 
Looks to be a fair report but I would be looking at your air intake. Silicon at 20 is too high which is making your lead slightly high. Check it out for sure!.
