Lucas TDS Confusion

I was comparing the TDS for Lucas 0W-40 and 5W-40. The following data does not make sense to me. Shoulden't the 0W-40 have the lower viscosity at 40 C?

Im sick and tired of the Lucas bashing. Seriously. YES its overpriced, and I wouldnt buy it unless it was on sale (which I have)
But someone could say the same about RP.

I was considering it. However, I'm still confused by the data. What's wrong with Lucas? (perhaps I'll do a search) I'm new.

The rear diff in the Rover was noisy so I threw 1.5 liters of Lucas in that over a year ago, It's been fine.

Also I used some power steering stop leak from Lucas. (I had to top off anyway) the leak has almost completely gone away and that was two years ago.

I would not put this type of product in my engine or transmission.

Nothings wrong with Lucas, the Oil Additive has had some speculation, but whatever. the Fuel Cleaner is considered top ranks.
The oil, FWIW, looks alot like Supertech in a VOA. Supertech is 12.99 5qts, Lucas is 33$+

There is nothing wrong with Lucas engine oils or gear oils for that matter. People on here do not Lucas's dubious marketing. You will find out more often than not because of the cold pumping rating of a 0WXX oil will have a slightly higher viscosity at 100C compared to 5WXX oil in the same grade because the 0WXX oil is more prone to shearing versus 5WXX due to greater spread of grade.

No theres bashing about the quality of the oil. Price is the price is the price. Plenty of things are good products, with an extraordinary price.
