Lucas Oil additive in Gas?

Not that I would do this, but from what I have read and been told, Lucas oil additives, both conventional and synthetic are low in the additive department and essentially brightstock. If so, wouldn't it be safe to add to gas in small quantities without effecting the cats?
This is basically a discussion a friend of mine and I had and thought we would carry it to the web to see what others thought.
If so, could it make a good upper cylinder lubricant or fogging oil?
 
ok , i use lucas gas additive, it works, but so does mmo and cheap stuff at dollar general, but I have not heard to use 2 cycle, so whats up with the 2 cycle oil added to ur gas???
 
I have used Lucas UCL and it never did anything for me. Much better cleaners on the mkt... Could try using 2-4 oz of MMO per 10 gallons.
