Hello everyone,

I would appreciate your thoughts - opinions regarding the below product, which apparently serves two roles

a) as a gasoline fuel system cleaner
b) as an oil additive.

Seems to be standard in engine oils of LE.
Not sure if I had to post this question in the gasoline additive or oil additive threads though, I hope I don't create any confusion.

Actually I am also very satisfied with Redline's SI-1 additive, seems to work well in this engine (the engine to be used in, is a V2 90degrees 1000cc (=61 cubic inches), power density is about 95HP/liter, or ~48HP per cylinder).

Basically, the intended use (for me) for LE 2300 is as a tank additive, I am not so worried about its role as a crankcase additive flusher, I change oil very frequently.
As I am satisfied with Lubrication Engineers's greases results, but searched among BITOG's knowledge base and could not find any feedback for the a.m. product, I thought I could ask you fellow BITOGers.

Thank you for your kind feedback!

Hello Linctex,

thank you very much for all the links below -I must go through them thoroughly- they really helped to get a direction! seems to work well, so I'll give it a try. The engine was operating with unknown quality gasoline, stated as 95RON...

Target is to remove deposits mainly from top of pistons and for everywhere else- this really shook me after an engine rebuilt of a smaller motorcycle I own - will try to post pictures of the 'retired' piston that was never treated with a fuel system cleaner.
