Auto-Rx does substantial testing of compatability with potential host motor oils available in the market place. However the list of aftermarket additives is too vast to check compatability with a host oil, ARX, and another aftermarket additive. As you can see it becomes to cumbersome.
However, when running auto-rx in a host oil, you are already running 3 different ester groups that make up ARX, and nicely balanced I might add. Why throw another ester into the group, with polar properies competing for the same metal surface that the ARX is working on? I very general rule I always use is to add only one product to a working host oil at a time, period.
As far as running ARX with MMO, already in the system, not really a great idea. I would run the mix out 1500 miles and dump it and follow up with a simple dino rinse phase and see what you get. Besides, you are looking at a second cleaning anyways on that 160K motor. Between the MMO and the ARX, you have 20% additive and 80% oil. Thats a bit much, especially with half of the 20%, MMO, in the mix. If you follow my the plan you will get good results.
