The Lubegard Protectant, the red bottle, is intended to constitute approximately one ounce per quart of the combined old and new fluid when the change has been accomplished. So, if this is your first use of it, about 9 ounces should go in after your drain. When you add ATF to the full line you’ll be good to go.
Use the remaining ounce in something like your power steering.
I would avoid the Lubegard Highly Friction Modified ATF Supplement, the black bottle. Unless you're following a specific factory service bulletin recommendation you stand a chance of creating problems with lockup time and other characteristics which over time can cause premature wear and other problems.
