Lubegard Red Question

Hello,

I would like to know how much lubegard red can be used in a transmission? Lubegard instructions say's 7 ounces per quart of transmission fluid including torque converter, The total fluid capacity for my car is 13 quarts, A drain and fill including a filter change is 7.3 quarts. Should i use 7 ounces of lubegard or more according to my transmission fluid spec's? Thank's again.

I thought it was one to two ounces per quart.

I don't have the lubegard bottle in front of me but i believe it's 1 ounce per quart of Atf? The Napa in my area sell's it for $8.99 a bottle

It's 1 oz Lubegard for every QT ATF.

If you plan to follow their mix instructions, then you should be adding 13oz. during the first drain and fill, and 7oz. every drain and fill there after, in order to maintain ratio.
