My short list of easy to obtain 5W30 synthetic oil at WM would be Mobil 1 , Pennzoil Platinum or QSUD - possibly Castrol Edge as well .
*I can never find the NOACK of these oils on the OEM's web site - I imagine any NOACK spec newer than 2016 would give an idea of what the NOACK spec in 2018 would be ? ... Thanks in advance if anybody has .

For "easy to obtain at WM". The Mobil 1 Annual Protection 5w30 has the lowest Noack @ 8.5.

If you are willing to spend more and not get it at WM, there are better options:
lowest Noack @ 5w30 = Redline 5w30 Noack = 6 (dexos 1 gen 1)
lowest Noack and still meets Hyundai reqs. = Amsoil 10w30 SS Noack = 4.1

Well that goes without saying. NOACK is still extremely important, however. There is a difference between oil mist (from crankcase splashing) and oil vapor (heat).

Correct....

and if one is truly in concern for NOACK, an oil cooler might help their situation.

Can't hurt.

*Typo , meant to say non-turbo ...

That would make it a borderline 10W-40 GTL. Where is the data?

That's a nice NOACK number for a 5w30. Good juice.

You can get it in 5 qt jugs for $40($8/qt) at Walmart. Or you can get regular Mobil 1 5w30 with a NOAK of 10 for ~$26 for a 5 qt jug at Walmart.

LOL, that was tested over 5 years ago - you don't think it has been reformulated, if it is even still available? Personally, I don't trust any data about a currently available oil that is more than 3 years old. They are constantly reformulating them.

Thanks. If you believe the data, its CCS at -30 C is higher than that of PPPP 10w30. So, given that its HTHSV = 3.58 cP, it's practically a 10W-40. It's a wolf in sheep's clothing.

A_Harman index = 0.939, which is good.

The only drawback is that there is no magnesium, hence it's not for TGDI. It's a great GTL-based oil with strong additive package otherwise.

I use religiously M1 5W30 ESP. It seems that something is changed as oil is much smoother then before and has smell typical for high ester content.
Since 5W30 ESP is Made in Europe (France and Finland) I check occasionally their pds, and no performance numbers are different. I think they probably addressed long standing complaints of pretty much all M1 oils that they are noisy.
But it is great oil regardless of formulation. It is only oil that I know of that meets ACEA C2 and C3. I can actually notice increase in MPG compare to Valvoline 5W40 MST or BMW TPT 5W30 that I use sometimes.

M1 ESP 5w30 was Visom (Group III+) with some ester according to the infamous leaked ExxonMobil presentation.

I now don't believe any data on the Russian blog. That NOACK can't be right.

They seem to be showing the GTL on their MSDS if it's there but there is nothing for M1 ESP 5w30.

Equal value with M1 ESP was posted on oil-club.ru, but it's also acknowledged that the lab underrates NOACK value a little bit. So, in reality it may be easily over 6.0-6.5%. But we would know more provided tests are made in other labs and on different batches.

Similar situation may be with Original BMW Engine Oil Twin Power Turbo 5w30 (ACEA A3/B4, API SL, BMW Longlife-01) which showed 6.2% at PQIA:
