Need to buy some brake fluid for 3 vehicles
‘20 AMG C63 Coupe
‘18 Porsche 718 Boxster GTS
‘20 Porsche Macan S

In the past, I usually went with ATE 200 because its higher temperature tolerance and being good for at least 2 years.

From what I read about modern braking systems, they need to use LV fluid because of systems that use individual wheel braking for enhanced turn in and such requires it. The two sports cars will see a few track days per year.

I am wondering if there’s any reason to go with Mercedes fluid here or if the ATE LV fluid is sufficient. Are there any better LV fluids available?

You need DOT4 LV, so generally any would cut it, especially ATE SL6. You really don't need it in WA.
If you want something with a higher wet boiling point, which you don't need any time outside of the track, you can go Motul RBF 660 (I use that) or Motul RBF 700.
On street literally ANY DOT 4 LV on such brakes with such heat dissipation will be more than adequate as long as you are changing it in an appropriate interval.

I think the Bosch LV fluid seems like the best deal. I'll add a few bottles to my next Rockauto order. I want small bottles and use as I go than a big jug I need to throw out because of moisture contamination.

Also, don't know why almost everyone is out of stock of for quality air filters for the M177 V8.

Please stop buying that Bosch BF, I need it available and still at good price next time I buy it 😉
That's the BF I use in my and family members cars, in some friends cars too, price is actually about same and often lower (per same volume) vs cheapest DOT3 in my area here in Canada.
