When I am getting a reply notification and click the link, it takes me to the beginning of the thread and I am logged out. I then refresh the page and am logged in. But have to hit the latest or scroll to the end to see the reply.

It use to take me directly to the reply and logged in.

All threads. When I opened this email notification it says to log to reply but shows the thread. If I log in, it does nothing screen wise but puts up a message across the bottom that says 'user changed refresh'. If I just refresh at the first arrival it auto logs me in but at the beginning of the thread.

This just stated a week ago or so. I use Brave browser and win 10. I tried this reply first on my phone and it too wanted me to log in and then refresh.

I'll try clearing the cache.

Clear your cookies as well.

It sounds like a browser setting or a cookie issue to me.

After clearing cache and cookies when i click on the latest email link I still need to log in, normal I would assume after clearing the data. But when I do log in I get a security error, please refresh. When I do it logs me in and I'm at the beginning of the thread.

That is an expired session error. IP address changed, stale browser session, expired cookie, etc. I can only speculate about the cause.

try disabling brave blocker on bitog for testing.
or use a different browser temporarily.

It quit doing it on the PC but the phone still does it.

If I use the reply link in the email notification on the phone, it takes me to the new post screen on BITOG, but when I try to log in I then get the security error and says to press back and retry log in. But there is no back to tap. So I click the forum link at the top and it then logs me in. So I tap on the forums link at the top and it then logs me in. I thn need to go to the altert to see the actual thread.

Only happens on the bob site.

It is still a browser issue on your end. The site works fine on my phone, ipad, and PC. Clear the cache and cookies (or history and website data, whatever your phone calls it) on your phone, log back in.

I cleared the cookies for Brave on the phone and it specifically asked if I wanted to clear the Bobistheoilguy info, which I did. Then restarted the phone. Go to the email reply link and it takes me to the thread but not logged in.

Give same the active user has changed message at the bottom of the thread and says log in again, this errors out saying I'm already logged in and to press HERE in the message. When I do that it takes me to the Forums list logged in.
