Hello,

I have two liquid suction guns (look like big syringes for filling differentials and other things where fit is tough). One is "OEM" brand, one is Plews Lubrimatic. The Plews, model 30-118 has been used maybe three times with MTFs, and cannot hold a prime/vacuum to suck full capacity, and even when it has fluid in, it leaks out the other side.

I am very disappointed with this product, given that Ive gotten three uses and it is worthless. Any recommendations for a good suction gun?

I got a metal one from Harbor Freight for like $6 that I use to change lawnmower oil that works well.

BTW, it comes with 12" of hose, not 12' as advertised.

I've used it many times to swap tranny fluid, when taking off a tranny line is going to be a project. You'll need a longer hose. They work well, but I found the few that I had didn't last that long. Mine were Plews brand.

I just bought this piece, the G2576 Amsoil aka 30-118 Plews.

I have ran about three gallons of fluid through it so far. I wipe it down after each use as the instructions said.

I thought i had an Amsoil product, but with help from BITOG i now see it is rebranded. You can find this for half of what i paid at tooltopia and/or Amazon.
