I've run a UOA at 10,000 miles and Blackstone report was far below normal wear using M1 0-40. VERY, VERY low wear metals! I don't know and cant make sense of it. Guess I just won't worry about it. M1 shows very low wear and changing valve cover gaskets at 125,000 miles the top end of the emgine is very clean inside doing 10,000 mile changes with M1 for the life of the car. I'll go right back to M1 next change. Why mess with a good thing right?
