do you like the stuff just for that reason or is there another reason?
It's actually just all a bit of joke around here at this point. I've used LM stuff in my VWs for a while and just like it, no real reason beyond I get it from the Euro vendors I like, popular in that "scene", etc. So I guess "marketing" to put a word to it.

makes sense. I have no doubt they make good stuff.....I have always wondered why it was so expensive though.....maybe shipping costs? who knows.

I have used their Direct injection induction cleaner, and it seemed to do a good job. Also, I was put onto a bottle of Diesel Purge as a solution to an issue I was having recntly.

I also use it b/c I can get it so cheap through FCP Euro with their Lifetime Replacement deal. At this point no way I'd pay $70 for an oil change kit for one of my cars with LM vs. just hitting Walmart for ~$45 or whatever with a name-brand Euro oil w/approvals and a Fram filter.
