Hi, Any idea on this oil?

It is on API SN licensed products list of Toyota Japan.

Guessing Toyota gives their TGMO a "Lexus exclusive" name-only to make it appear like Lexus owners are special people. All marketing.

Yes it's all about brand presentation. I'm sure it's the identical oil as TGMO 0W-20.

Here in Canada Acura does the same thing with their Acura brand 0W-20 which is the same oil as the Honda brand 0W-20 and the last time I checked the pricing was the same as well.
