I imagine flat roads help a lot. The hills where I live take a toll on mpg.I was happy with this 14 mile run with 9 stop lights. I don't like the mpg meter as if you don't reset it, the old high reading will remain and not update...weird... I was surprised by this as I had about a 5 mile 70 mph stint. I turn off the auto stop for several reasons although smooth due to the 48 volt boost
