Lets talk about new vehicles

Mitsu is out Land-Rovering Land Rover there, for sure !

I like it - these mid sized SUV are comfortable but generally unrewarding enough as to NOT be a keeper.

The question on any vehicle to me is to FWD or AWD
In the old days it was a no brainer in MD- AWD
I also need to see the mid and high end trims to see what it is all about.
That top trim with the black and brown does not interest me- too much contrast

Sorry if this was posted already - too many pages to read - Raiti seems to like it, but that third row is a joke. They should have just eliminated it and given you more cargo room instead.

I did post that but a refresh is good.
Thanks!
I agree but I will always keep them folded. Now Pete a test for you.
How many Twinkies can you get in the center console without having the cream shoot out?

On throttle....

I saw this on the dealer website and I think slash hope it is a typo for a 2.5L normally aspirated... 93 octane??? I think not?????

Must be a mistake.

Fueleconomy.gov says regular is required.

Have you compared it to mazda cx5 yet?
The Mazda cx5 is a very high quality ride. I was very impressed. The cx5 is too tight for me. The seats are overly bolstered and I was in three carbon editions.
The star was the Mazda 6 sedan. Not as tightly bolstered and it came off as a 50k luxury sedan and with the carbon edition came the red leather and turbo.
The lot was pretty bare at my dealer.
I was open to sedans but in my 10 year absence I found it a bit hard to get into a sedan. The SUV..Cuv.. Has some advantages for the over 50 crowd.

This is the description part I think is a typo. This came from my local dealer in Oxford Pa.

Delivers 30 Highway MPG and 24 City MPG! This Mitsubishi Outlander boasts a Premium Unleaded I-4 2.5 L/152 engine powering this Variable transmission

I just looked at the Rogue review video - Rogue's front end styling is much more to my liking, but I like everything else more on the Outlander. Can they marry those two up? Call it Roglander or something?

I looked online and Nissan must be in between incentives.
Rogues in SL And Platinum trims only have a $500 rebate. Not good.
The beauty of the Mitsu front end is you can offend everyone on the road but you never see it while driving.
It doesn't bother me.

Refer back to post #790

I just got back from the Oxford dealer now.
They had two new Outlander listings.
Ran into the sales manager Jared.
Hey Jimmy how you doing......... Alright Jared and you??? Can't complain Jimmy

Hey Jared where are the two new Outlanders? Sorry Jimmy they are in the Downingtown lot..
Oh darn Jared.. Don't worry we have more coming early next week.

Hey Jimmy how is the family these days. They are all gone now Jared. Really? So sorry Jimmy
Thanks Jared, it has been a tough 5-6 years.

I got a surprise for you Jimmy. Oh yeah what is that Jared. After 22 years here I am retiring............ Congrats Jared

I won't bore the readers with the verbal suckfest that continued-lol It was rather disgraceful looking back :)

You got a minute Jimmy. yeah... I want to introduce you to our new sales manager.
Come follow me. We walked across the showroom to various offices. He boastfully tells me this new guy is a real hot shot that they stole
from the local Nissan dealership. My eyes got as big as saucers as we entered his office............

Jared introduced us at this point............ Darius this is Jim one of our best customers.......................................

To be continued............................
🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️
