You're a good bloke Jeff
Nice!!!!! Actually you are not far off the mark but I'm fighting the feeling of buying basic crap or exotic
Like a little child I know right from wrong but................ lol
I know I will get cheap shots on this but hey- I can handle it-lol

Can you imagine the tune up cost on the old Lambo?
For 10 years Sue and I drove from Los Gatos to Petaluma on Saturdays to visit her Mother, until she passed.
Up on 280, north of Palo Alto, one early Saturday morning I noticed a bunch if really low, colorful cars coming up in the rear view mirror.
Too dang small to be easily recognized... Dang it was about 7 Miuras in the 2 slow lanes; the last car was a Pantera which seemed big in comparison. When they went by I was in heaven...
Musta been some really exclusive club. I will never forget.

I think the Adirondack bat company gave Wille Mays a Miura when he hit 600 home runs.
Jay Leno has 2...

I pulled into a Subaru dealer as it was on my way home.
Hit three dealers today- just said I wanted to look but I will take your card. It was cool.
And I did see things I liked very much.

Back to Subaru
I pulled to the side of the front- vacant are nothing around- not one no parking sign or anything
I'm not even fully stopped and some woman is already going to pounce. Keeps looking at me through the window.

She is like 35-40. I open the door and start to walk away a few steps and she grabs me by the arm. I continue to spin
around to face her and she continues to try to control me. I look at her and she can't see my frown through my n95 mask.

She says I don't want you parking here- Why I ask. I just don't she says as she is trying to force me back to my car and I push
her back only to control her and I say, would you please get your hands off of me before this gets ugly. She looks in disbelief and
can you believe she then asks me what I'm looking for and I say I'm leaving and I did not realize but about 6-7 people were looking
at the incident with disgust at her. I pulled away from her and left. What a nut job.

Met a guy at the Nissan dealer- salesperson.
I was looking at a few cars and he sends me over to the Rogue
I was in one last month and it was a nice vehicle
He goes on the tell me some are made in Japan- Some from TN- yes assembled, and some in South Korea
Showed me a small detail on the plate holder that indicates a Japanese one

I don't know how much of it is true as I never heard the Korean bit but he said so?

Ha! I went to Harbor Freight the other night for some high quality tools, parked in a clearly legal spot along the side of the building next to a man door and as I'm masking up outside my vehicle the dorkiest looking guy you can imagine pulls up in a white Prius labeled Securitas with a yellow light bar on top. You can't park there! Need to move! They get deliveries! Told him I wasn't moving and to put a sign up if they didn't want anyone parking there.

I'm usually not one to give people doing their job a hard time, but he hit me at the wrong moment and looked ridiculous.

Went into HF and they had one register open and a line to the back of the store. Went down the street to the ghetto Home Depot for the third time that day thinking I should have just paid someone to replace the garage door opener that died earlier in the day :ROFLMAO:

Haha Jim. Maybe she definitely wanted the car haha 😂😂😂.

Is that your truck there Jim? I like it.
Yeah that's the 7.3
I hit this lot on the way home this am.
This dealer is a joke though. Not everybody wants a Platinum you know.
I know most don't like Nissan but that was the best experience i had
Never even asked for my phone number and all of those old tactics.
Also Nissan upped its game overall.
Great value and really quality interiors. Plus I found a bunch of info on their website on cvt's etc and other things. Very transparent.
