Lets talk about new vehicles

Kentucky is pretty harsh when it comes to vehicle property taxes as well.

I would just trade something but I’m in the envious position of really liking four out of the five. The only one I don’t like is the terrible 98 Chevy 4x4 but (a) it’s basically just an engine and transmission with a bunch of rust and failing electronics bolted on and (b) it was my dad’s and I can’t ever see letting it go. He’s been gone 15 years and I still haven’t taken his reading glasses out of the dash storage space, so it’s pretty obvious I have an unreasonable sentimental attachment to the old rust pile.
Same here on a 2000 Blazer
Wallet etc still in the center console
Much respect

Finally got a replacement for our Edge. Couldn’t find anything we liked near as well as another Edge so…this one is a 23.

Fair power train warranty

I can’t have six cars
I can’t have six cars
I can’t have six cars
I did have five, but I’m now down to three (and one motorcycle). I might relapse and add another car- likely another classic/special interest car.
Unless I win one of the five or six car raffles that I’ve entered.

I recently wedged myself into my buddies Mercedes AMG GT. I'm not a small guy but not a big boy either. It was the most absolute uncomfortable vehicle I ever driven. You have to squat down with your butt about 6 inches off the ground to get in while still hitting your head on the door jam. The seat bolsters squeezed and crushed my hips.

But man oh man what a ride!! The acceleration pinned you in the seat and cornering is better than any car I have ever driven. With the right driver behind the wheel I'm 100% convinced this is as good as anything out there in the same price range.
The only gripe is Mercedes went geriatric with it and used a torque converter automatic on the lower tier models. Only the high end one gets the 9-speed dct. They look like a riot to drive. I'd love to lap one of the racecar variants around a track.

I've no clue what transmission it had except it hauled the mail. Huge exhaust coming out the top and through the tunnel and 2 huge turbochargers. Very strange design but it works. I have zero interest in tracking one. I'm smart enough to realize lack of skill would have it in all the nanny modes.

I will say the zero to insanity was as close to a liter bike as you can get with a OEM 4 wheeled vehicle in this price range.

I love my AMG “Lite” and I think that I’ll stick with some variant of AMG for the foreseeable future. I’d really like a GT for my next car but I will likely end up with a CLE 53.

I'd love to pick up a CL63 AMG and do a manual transmission swap. A guy on YouTube did. It was a pain but he said it drives amazing rowing your own gears.

I took a test drive with the biggest idiot i have ever seen.. I stopped by the dealer and he said let's go in and do the license etc. I said I know the car, you drive it and I'll look through it as you drive...

He was zipping it around dangerously in a parking lot where you could take someone out...

On the road he was a wild man tailgating everyone and just about hitting every curb... speeding the whole time.

I told him I won't be buying this car and to cool out. He said he has been doing this for 30 years like he was proud.. highly destructive guy...

I told him he'd never work for me driving like that... he looked confused... he was in his early 50s..

The worst salesman ever and on the road a complete car abusing idiot...
What a real 🤡

Far worse than I'm saying...
