I just saw one though, and they are not common. Black and filthy dirty.

Yeah life can suck sometimes...My lot in life, never one of the cool kids.

I would think the Arty's would be discounted when they close them out but they are a bit rare so that may hinder the norm???An SEL Jetta (if you can find one) will run you 30k these days.Lowest models around 24 maybe? I got mine for 21.
It's a VW so it's pretty good, drives as well or better than competitors I recently drove that cost a lot more (Mazda3 Premier, Altima Platinum AWD) but you can tell it's VWs entry level product compared to their other offerings. It does not drive near as smooth and quiet as my Passat GT did nor I'm sure your Arteon. You are supposed to get more when you pay more, right?
The Audi A4 is a fantastic car and I nearly bought one (lightly used) instead of my Passat GT (new) but in the end the practical side of me couldn't resist the new part and the at the time 6 year warranty. I don't want to pay the Audi luxury tax to own it but if Arty's don't come down more before I'm ready to buy I'll pick the Audi over the VW. Maybe. Probably. Who knows.![]()
2021 was deal time it seems??I will be looking for a lightly used 22 most likely. Hoping to save a ton from initial sticker.
Holy smokes! Where are the other two that come with it for that price?
Okay fellows....
What do we think of the 2023 Chevy Trailblazer?
Now my family mostly worked for GM. In the day but I owned several GM. vehicles but dumped the brand way back in the 90s so the modern history and knowledge on these is limited.
Oh yeah same as me...I bought my mom a 2004 Chevy Aveo and she picked it out. It still runs daily by a family member and has had truly minimum maintenance and it was Korean built like the TB.I was very GM for quite a while, none now and there won't be any anytime soon either. There are two Equinox's in the extended family that have done well so there's that. And one is a replacement for a prior Equinox they drove the wheels off of. Not sure how much that relates to the Trailblazer other than not everything GM rolls off the line is trash.
The Trailblazers are good looking IMO.
Test drove the auto and 5 speed manual that was less than $7,000 . Both were w/o A/C . The manual was quite easy . Wished we bought the manual . Last , liked the rear seat that folded up against the back of the front seats for more space . The rear seat versatility also applied to the '88 > '93 FORD Festiva . We had 3 of those over a period of time . The reason we passed on the AVEOs was due to it's safety ( crash ) and reliability . Still see them on occasion . I guess we were wrong .Oh yeah same as me...I bought my mom a 2004 Chevy Aveo and she picked it out. The Aveo was roomy but when I sat in it the first time I thought it would be in the trash compactor on short order...boy was I wrong..
