My guess is European bc of the long split tail. you cant see the split tail but you can see that he has a long tail... plus he is on a power line, how many power lines do you see in africa? haha that was a joke, sad i know
I don't know, it was just sitting in it's nest on a chimney when I passed by. Chimneys and metal electric power poles (no pun intended) had a lot of them in that area. Our Polish friend said they wintered in Africa.
Same kind of stork about an hour out of Budapest near the Danube Bend.
Can't see the bird very well, buy I like the nest location.
