Unless it's a big ol' Alpaca, but I think not.
Llamas are increasingly being used in place of sheepdogs for guarding herds of woolies. They don't fear coyotes and will attack them.
They also hum, which is cool.
They are either Brazilian or Brazilian/Baird's tapir hybrids. We have on Baird's tapir who is kept in a different enclosure. he's much much larger. The one in the front is the female. She's currently in heat and that's why he's chasing her around the pond all day. One of them utters those hilarious squeaks, but I can't tell which one. The same pond is shared with capybaras, who have to be removed when the tapirs are let in. The capybaras are very territorial and will bite the tapirs.
