This is for Dupure Evolve water softener, however after much digging it is a version of a Clack WS1 control head, which is quite popular.
If your water softener starts leaking water from the brine discharge line and it has a head similar to mine, chances are you need a seal pack. I bought the whole kit.
The repair is very easy and $70 for the kit sure beats replacing the entire head.
