Just ordered Arm & Hammer sheets - city quit taking plastic …Wife just started that too. She showed me that it was this much for a small load, and this much for large. Why I’m not sure, as I’ve been expressly forbidden from using the thing, years before we were dating, she started doing my laundry and I haven’t since—apparently I’m just that bad at it.
Recommended by diesel mechanics with two W&D’s …I'm still trying to figure this one out:

Ah. Not surprised. We're down to 1&2 here, and lately I've been tossing more if I don't feel like cleaning it out, as I suspect it's not going anywhere anyhow.Recycling
Too much detergent is not good. I would guess unless you strictly measure using the directions on the detergent container you are adding too much. And if you add too much it often does not get totally rinsed out of your clothes.Doesn’t mean it couldn’t be better. Chances are, you could be saving money.
That how my front loader is. Small loads get a small amount of soap. A week's worth of my clothes gets a big squeeze of soap.Wouldnt the amount of soap used ......be determined by the amount of water used . Say Large vs Small load size .
Nor does my 1996 from White Consolidated Industries from Best Buy. But I'm a 2 pod guy.Fancy lol. Didn’t know the level varied by brand I just always put the same amount in as what mom originally showed me when I learned no matter the brand and I go from there or just throw in a pod. Our 2007 GE washing machine doesn’t have no fancy dispenser lol.
You're fancy. I have a cheap GE top loader I toss a pod in.
The GE front loader we have has the detergent dispenser but we can specify the exact type of laundry detergent we use and the machine knows how much to add.. it has a list of a hundred or so laundry detergents we can select from the list.My new LG washer has an automatic laundry detergent dispenser.
It works great….except folks forget that every brand of detergent specifies a slightly different quantity of detergent for the same size load.
Moral of the story: fill to the appropriate line on the detergent’s included dispensing cup and verify the quantity with a measuring cup.

…because you might be surprised:

And then you should adjust your dispenser accordingly:

Otherwise, wash performance may not be optimal.
No issues with Kirkland Free and Clear.Which one of those white jugs works better? We use Tide but I'm willing to try another cheaper brand if it works equally well.
