Larger Filter

2007 GM changed to the M22X1.5 threads. So on the 5.3L V8 we have a little bitty filter and i would like a longer filter. OEM filter is
Amsoil E047
WIX 57060
Purolator PF48
K&N HP1017
Anybody know of a longer filter with the same threads and PSI Relief of 11-17lbs w/ADBV? Or is there a place we can cross reference to a larger filter maybe?
I guess in the end I could use the Perma Cool oil filter relocation kit, but would like to find a larger filter.

First place I went actually. They have no MM. All Donaldson deals with is inches.Not my friend today.

Gary and I went through this before with their website, forgot about that little caveat.

The trick is to just ignore the (inches) comment and fill in M22 x 1.5 to get the results.

I didn't look closely to see how well they lined up, just giving you examples that searching using that method does in fact work

Yeah, I was looking too. The problem I see with those filters is the filter on his five point tree is right up against the oil pan, very little room for a larger diameter. Unfortunately, that means I have not found a suitable filter with the correct diameter.

Yes the oil pan is right up against the filter. I may have the .33 extra on the oil pan side. I may just relocate the filter and run a PH1A (Ford) type filter. Tons of them out there.
