Larger Filter 2006 F150 5.4L (FL820S)

Does someone know the brand and number of a larger filter for a Ford F150 5.4l that uses filter number Fl820S) . Thanks .

i bought a case of the new ford racing high performance filters these are awsome cm-6731-fl820 these are the same size as the mororcraft fl820s

i use the fleetguard lf3315 on bothe my continental and expy. they have very little restriction 4psid @ 11gpm

wix, carquest and napa filter have a 5psid at 11-13gpm

Those FL820's are pretty good filters and pretty big themselves. Why the bigger one?

The FL820S is a good filter - no complaints . I would like to have a larger amount of filter media and a little more oil . I have always run larger filters when possible and never had any oil related issues . Thanks to all that replied .

The Wix 51087 is 5.477 inches long while the "stock" 51372 is 4.167 inches long. The 3 local stores I called by me didn't stock the 51087. The price they quoted was $13. BTW, according to the Motorcraft site, the 820s is 4.04 inches long with a bypass of 12.5 to 18.5 psi.
