It is than issue with balance shaft. Maybe C3 will help with it, who knows. But, if it is known issue, and you have warranty, stick to what manufacturer prescribe in case you need to warrant balance shaft again.

Me.....but in OPE equipement (lawnmover...generator...snowthrower)...because its splash-lubed! And might help with extra lubrication when you tilt it...
I dont use that in my cars...but they are not "fail by design" either
