Honda never did a recall on their ignitors, as far as I'm aware.
As far as Saab goes, I've heard of people getting after-warranty adjustments, which is what the person who had their AC clutch replaced got. (Honda may have a different term for it...after-warranty adjustment is what I've heard it called).
